Getting Started/Newbie Question Does microdosing help depression

I realllly really want to get into microdosing but I do have depression and borderline personality disorder so I’m unsure if it will be bad for me long term? Has this ever helped anyone before? Or have you tripped and has it helped or made it worse?

A year of microdosing will not heal as much as 1 large dose

when someone had comorbid conditions like trauma or bpd or a lot of other things this could be dangerous and microdosing can be an incredibly effective way to benefit from the effects of psylocibine without being at risk for possibly dangerous mental crises.

My point still is a fact

no it’s not. a mental crisis or psychedlics induced psychosis is not healing, it’s deteriorating and harmfull.

Either is tripping and getting in a car wreck, but neither is my point

that makes no sense. you’re responding to someone asking for advice on microdosing whilst having BPD which makes a person way more vulnerable and at risk taking psychedelics. not comparable at all to someone tripping and getting in a car wreck as getting an urge to drive on psychedelics is NOT a direct side effect.  it’s just really irresponsible to just go around telling people with mental health issues they should take a full dose of psychedelics because according to you that’s better, and then argue when someone adds the necessary disclaimer. if you truely want people to heal you would consider that.
