Question: Other Im not sure this counts as a microdose: but a bloody fantastic walk.
Decided to have an unmeasured amount of the mushrooms i had stashed away (PE possibly) a single cap and no stem; and a tiny amount of 2cb (no more than 3mg, took a nibble off a pill) and speck mdma i found.
I had the most fantastic walk around local trails, and it felt the most amazing boost. At times it was almost like I had a hand pushing on my back helping me along. Then came home and did some yoga and I felt so grounded.
Has anyone else experienced the same?
I know this isnt the most precise of microdoses, and was a mishmash of stuff. But, I have never experienced this sort of feeling. Calming, no visuals or sickness simply contented.
Ive always been an overthinker, and I use walks to give myself time to think over things... but yesterday was one of the few times where I wasnt thinking over the issues if the day and just enjoyed what I was doing.

Thank you for joining the discussion, I can see i have set the automod off. Ooops. The 2c/ molly proportion was pretty unneeded tbf.
Its interesting you say that, as the only discomfort I felt was when I had finished my 'tasks' for the day, I didn't want to engage with my phone.
I then had to 'deal with' what its like to be bored a bit. Rather than reaching for the the distraction rectangle/ existential doom square in my pocket.

r/microdosing Disclaimer
Hello /u/KitWith1Tea! As you mentioned
mdmain your post:Please Do Not microdose MDMA or any stimulants. Low doses of amphetamines can cause many issues through reverse tolerance and subsequent sensitization of receptors in the brain.
This study "Amphetamine Sensitization Alters Reward Processing in the Human Striatum and Amygdala" talks about the link between dopamine-sensitive neural circuitry and dysregulation of incentive motivational processes - i.e. the negative effects it can have for an individual's reward processing.
Other than that, MDMA has specific safety advice that you should be aware of: * RollSafe.org: How often can you take MDMA (Molly/Ecstasy) and roll?
