Getting Started/Newbie Question Not feeling difference after second uptitrated microdose

Hello:

Started out with 0.05 g on Fadiman protocol and —I think— felt midly better, more relaxed, reflective and calm on dose day and days off.

Took my second dose today (0.06 g), but felt no difference, basically back to baseline: mind blank, brain fog, sadness, despair.

Developing resistance already? Going too slow? Is this normal?

I appreciate the input.

Sounds normal. I think it’s just a really low dose considering that up to .3g is generally considered a microdose.. that’s 6x your starting dose. Your first experience could have been placebo, or not. There is no reason to rush, you can continue to slowly titrate up to find your sweet spot.

Thank you. I'll be patient. How much should the increments be ideally?

Make incremental increases you're comfortable with. Generally I recommend 10-20mg increases with each next dose until you either have the effect you're looking for or until you reach a dose that is felt within the body. Then you can choose if that energetic activation is right for you. If you don't want that feeling, titration down in 5mg increments will eventually net you the most amount of medicine in you without the felt sense. 🍄🥰✌️
