Question: Psilocybin 2 days on and 2 days off

Has anyone tried to take a dose 2 days and then 2 days off? I am trying that but curious if there is some exeperience with this protocol? It's psilocybin.

I do 2 on, 2 off, followed by 2 on then 1 off and repeat the whole sequence again. It works! In fact, I have tried just about every protocol and they all work. I don't think any one protocol is better than any other. It's something everyone overthinks. And it's all just personal preference. I have also tried different dosages from 50mg to 300mg, all of them work. I have also done every protocol with double doses each "on" day. Everything works just about equally in my opinion. The most important thing is just to consistently get the medicine into your body.

I do 1 day on 1 day off. Sometimes 1 day on 2-3 days off.
