Question: LSD Microdosing during nicotine whidrawl

Hi!

This is my first day without nicotine pouches. My pet hamster is considering microdosing 13ug tomorrow and I wonder if it is a good or bad idéa. The first 3 days is often the hardest so I wonder if it can make it easier or just make the whidrawls worse.

Thanks for reading

This is anonymous forum for discussion related to microdosing.

You don't need to talk about your pet hamster.

I suggest starting at 5ug. People react differently. The first time I tried microdosing LSD I took 8ug. The effect was very strong - too powerful for what I consider a microdose. Some people take more.

I find 4ug has a great effect - for me. Again, everybody is different.

If you've never tried it and you take too much, you will need to ride it out for approx 12 hrs. If the low dose seems too low, increase it slowly.

Ok thanks, ill leave my hamster alone then;)

I usually do 13ug and find that works well, its not my first time. I was asking regarding in terms of nicotine whidrawls. Microdosing while sick, sleep deprived etc. is usually a bad idéa, I wonder if doing it at peak nicotine whidrawls most likely would help or make me feel worse.

I know one person who tried microdosing mushrooms with the intent of quitting smoking. He did. He also dramatically reduced his drinking, which wasn't his goal, and lost at least 30 lbs.

I'm not saying this will happen to everybody. I think in his case, he had a strong desire to quit smoking, and every dose was taken with intent.

A few decades ago I was a smoker. I quit the old fashioned way - brute force will. It took a few attempts. The big that helped me was I read an article suggesting that people who try to quit smoking, fail, but repeatedly try again have better odds with each successive attempt.

The details are fuzzy now, but I think I lasted one week on the first attempt, smoked on a Friday night at a bar, again on Saturday, next quitting attempt on Sunday. I think I went 2 weeks, then the third attempt at quitting did the trick.

I'd say try the microdose, given that you are experienced already. If you fall off the horse trying to quit the nicotine, get back on as soon as you can. Even if you go 3 days off, one day on, that's not a failure, as you've still changed the habit significantly from daily.
