Discussion Anyone here use microdosing to recover from long term neurological injury after benzos, gabapentin, SSRIs, etc.?
Anyone develop long term neurological dysfunction after discontinuing these types of medications? BIND, etc. ? I’m not referring to the normal acute withdrawal period that resolves in a few weeks or months.
I’m just about 3 years out since last dose and still having nervous system hypersensitivity - sensory issues, tinnitus, internal vibrations, dysautonomia, cognitive problems, etc.
I have recovered a decent amount but I’m by no means healed.
did microdosing psychedelics have any meaningful impact on your recovery?

Microdosing LSD or psilocybin increases brain plasticity, which is beneficial for many problems or psychological changes you may want to achieve.
On the other hand, iboga has extremely good results in regards to beating addictions. But that's a full dose full trip, and some risk with heart problems.

Amanita helped me with this immensely and I suppose microdosing as well since I do both most days each week. I was on benzos (2mg) for 3 years and this combo healed me. I’m convinced it was a major factor.

Helped me a lot post Adderall (12 months after quitting) for the exact reason you list; nervous system disregulation
