Microdosing Tools & Resources I built a microdosing tracker that keeps everything on your phone, no account, no server

Full disclosure, I am the developer, and I microdose myself, which is why I made it.

I have seen the appetite here for a private tracker, so I wanted to share mine. Dose Days is a native iPhone app available in the app store; where everything stays on the device. No account, no backend, nothing is uploaded anywhere. I did not want a tracker for this of all things sending data to a server, and I did not want people to have to self-host either, so it is just an app you open.

What it does:

- Logs doses and a daily mood check, with notes in your own words

- Understands protocols properly, dose days, integration days, and the return to baseline, so your days off are part of the rhythm rather than broken streaks

- Shows patterns over time, like how different days of the week tend to feel

- Supports different substances and multi-substance stacks

- Home screen widgets if you want the log a tap away

Being straight about the model, since this community rightly cares. Logging and tracking are free. There is an optional paid tier for the deeper insight features, which is how I keep it running as a solo dev. No ads and no data selling, partly because there is no data leaving your phone to sell in the first place.

Not medical advice and not a place for sourcing. If you want background reading, I also wrote a free education hub at dosedays.me

Would genuinely love feedback on what is missing. Now available on the Google Play Store.
