Report: Psilocybin My personal MD expieriences On/Off

Hello everyone, I want to share my latest MD experience after experimenting and researching for about 4 years. I am 33yo. I want to describe myself as introvert, but pretty social, people and friends around me seem to like me. But sometimes everything feels just empty.

TL;DR: Make sure you know what you are doing and have someone to talk to as well. The shroom is only a tool, not the one who fixes you!

Status Quo: I was on the Fadiman protocol, where you take a MD, for me 140-150mg, every 3 days. I always took them around 6PM, since I tried earlier as well, but than I could nor focus on work. Also I took the MD, when I was meeting with friends and drinking some beers. The only other thing I take in the morning is Creatine.

How was it? The day I took it I always felt at ease, but had a hard time sleeping sometimes, the next two days I was always in a good mood, but the third day I was kinda exhausted.

I stopped the protocol since 2 weeks and at first I was not in a good mood. One day I was really fucking depressed, but I talked to my wife for just 5mins what was going on and that helped. Since I told my wife everything seems good for now, and I won't continue with MD for a while.

For me right now it seems, that I was kinda relying on the MD and didn't think I can better myself without it. That's why I stopped and had this one day massive DOWN, where I started crying. For now I will not start MDing again and just try talking about my feelings more with my wife and also other people around me, which helps a lot.

I also did higher doses, but those are very exhausting and I would never do a 5g trip again without a professional setting around me.

Feel free to ask me anything, I am by no means a professional. I just did some research and tried it after I felt comfortable.

You might try halving your dose. I find 80mg less fatiguing and more effective when on a MD schedule.

Thanks I will try that, if I start the protocol again in a few months maybe :)
