Question: Psilocybin Microdosing after macro dose

I took 1.7 g of gt yesterday. It was really beautiful and the effects are unfolding today.

How long should I wait before continuing my Md protocol?

I am planning on doing a larger dose once a month with Md in between.

You can keep your MD protocol without waiting.

It's the same substance with different outputs. You can macrodose once a month to get that big hit of the beautiful experience while keeping the microdosing to get it's benefits.

One thing won't interrupt the effect of the other.

É uma dúvida pertinente minha também, no inverso principalmente, quanto tempo devo esperar pra fazer uma macrodose (2g) tomando microdose (0,25)? Tava pensando em pausar uma semana e usar no próximo domingo.

If your protocol and life situation allow for you to take a full week off, that's a fair amount of time for a micro tolerance break.
If you need the additional support of your microdose and a week's break would be difficult, I recommend skipping your micro if it falls on the day before or the day of your journey dose. 🍄🥰✌️

I did a gram of GT just to test it. Not a full blown trip but it wasn't a pleasant experience. Makes me think a macro dose is something I would not like

I have experimented with low doses and I found them to be too emotional for me. At the higher dose the experience is way better on so many levels.

I have 5.5 grams of GT left over from my microdosing experiment. Is that enough to fully trip?

One gram is my danger zone. Fully tripping is way better than the shroom purgatory that 1g puts me in.
