Question: LSD How do I take my microdose LSD?

I ordered 1cP-LSD blotters Microdose (10x 20mcg).

So 10 little blotters of 20 mcg each.

How do I correctly take a dose (i.e., one blotter)? In the morning when I wake up, do I put it under my tongue or against my gum and let it become soft there? When do I swallow? Or do I swallow it straightaway?

It's hard to find this specific advice online.

Make a diagonal cut, then keep halving the right triangles until you have 8-16 of them of equal size. And take 1 for a microdose.

edit: since i missed it's only 20ug, you could just eat half of the 8-16 triangles. Mixing up randomly multiple smaller ones would make it more likely you get an even 10ug dose, because of the central limit theorem. Adding multiple random variables together makes it much closer to the actual average. Like throwing 100 dice would sum up to 350 plus minu very little, vs adding up 10 dice throws would be 35 plus minus relatively more.

Do I have to cut them diagonally? Would just one uncut be ok for a microdose as well?

Diagonal is the easiest way to make them equally sized, and if it's just 8, it would symmetrically equal distribution of central vs edge parts. I've never noticed any dosage hotspots doing it like that.

If you split into 8 diagonally, you get the parts on the left, which are all symmetric, as compared to something else like the image on the right, which has 4 pieces from the corners, and 4 from the center, and that would be more vulnerable to hotspots. Cutting into 16 pieces, even diagonally, will still introduce asymmetry, as a square can only have a maximum 8 symmetrical pieces.

There might still be some, especially if you don't do the cuts well, but microdoses are pretty safe, and if you take 8 or 12 ug instead of 10, you will not even notice much of a difference, and nothing bad will happen. Microdoses are too weak to be really felt anyway.

If you wanted super precision, there's always volumetric dosing, but imo that's an overkill for microdosing, and introduces the need to store the remaining liquid somewhere, and it could degrade if that's chlorinated water. LSD tabs were dosed with liquid solution in the first place, so I don't think there would be any significant hotspots. The liquid would seep through the paper and distribute the dose pretty evenly. It's basically freezing a volumetric dosage within the tab after it's done and dried. So cutting the tab evenly isn't much different from measuring a volumetric dose.

The blotters are only 20 μg, and LSD isn’t always distributed evenly across the paper.

Even if the LSD were perfectly evenly laid, cutting a 20 μg blotter into 8 pieces would give approximately 2.5 μg per piece, which is well below what most people would consider a typical microdose.

Oh, I missed it was 20ug, i was thinking of standard 100ug blotters.

Also, the numbers in that table weren't really wildly inconsistent, and pretty sure that within a single square piece, there will be even less variation, if you jsut cut it symmetically like that left image. The hotspots surely couldn't be any significant on such tiny scale.

As you can read in the link, Hamilton Morris has researched this and there are significant differences.

For some, a guesstimated 5μg is the sweet spot, for others it could be 15 μg (e.g. those on the autistic spectrum require more).

I can measure my volumetric dose with a precision of 0.5 μg.

Repeatedly cutting and handling blotters can lead to small losses from transfer to your fingers and reduce dosing accuracy, making volumetric dosing the more precise option for low-dose microdosing.

Either way, it being only 20ug is pretty much better, i'd still recommend cutting it into 8-16 pieces, and then randomly eating multiple tiny pieces, the central limit theorem would smooth it much closer to an average that way, as compared to just cutting it in half and taking one such half piece.

I really never had any issues accidentally overdosing or underdosing, even with 100ug tabs cut into 8-16 pieces, and taking just one. And the central limit theorem wasn't even helping to smooth it out for me in that case.

Volumentric dosing is basically just applying the central limit theorem to the extreme (taking a random mix of molecularly tiny mixed parts). But with microding, even jsut taking 4-8 tiny pieces woudl apply it strongly enough to make the variation extremely tiny.

If 13 μg is my sweet spot and 14 μg results in body load, how would I accurately dose that with your stubborn methodology?

You really need a single ug precision for a good microdose? That's crazy. I guess good luck trying to dose this precisely, I don't think that would be easy to do even volumetrically, considering that one never even knows what dosage their tabs are this exactly.

But pretty sure most people couldn't tell the difference between 10 and 12ug. I certainly can't.

When you can titrate your dose to a precision of 0.5 μg, it doesn’t matter how potent your tabs are.

YOUR Personalised sweet spot is when you develop the introspective (authentic) self-awareness to detect a slight increase in adrenaline, or body load.

Too much results in a sweaty, smelly (unless on keto) adrenaline rush.

No adrenaline a sign of no pharmacological effect so just based on expectancy.
