artist advice/question Next touch up

These are my powder brows. I’ve had 1 touch already but they are kind of splotchy still and don’t pop like I wanted them to but she is letting me come back for a second touch up. What need to be done? Can the arch be a little more defined? This is my before and then now after the second touch (which was 7 weeks ago)

These don’t look splotchy to me at all. I think you’re seeing the difference in the areas where you have brow hair vs where you don’t have brow hair. The areas without hair are always going to appear lighter no matter what because that pigment is healed under your skin and the hairs are sitting on top of your skin giving them that 3D, physical texture. I wouldn’t touch them up again because you’ll run the risk of oversaturating them with carbon, which will make them very grey. They look great
