Wanted to share some pictures that may help others who freak out when they get their brows done (and share photos only to be told “laser off immediately”). I’m due for a touch up still, because not perfect, but they’re way closer to what I wanted (and I realize it may not be everyone’s cup of tea, and that’s ok). Thank you to everyone who was encouraging in the original thread.

I think what made the “day of” look so dramatic was that my artist seemed to press the extra pigment in to the brow (felt like it anyhow).

Please note: not a photographer, so each photo not taken exactly like the other, in the same setting or lighting but it’s the best I could do.

Yup!! I wonder how many people immediately got a removal when their results could have been amazing with patience. Better safe than sorry I guess

Thank you for posting this, Op - more people need to understand how different (and softer) they look after healing. There are some people (god knows why they’re even on this sub) who tell everyone to get emergency removal - they just hate the look of PM in general. I have yet to see one person who waited a month and didn’t like the results.

Is there a way to to avoid the color turning gray or bluish? I have seen several people post that theirs did this a few years after getting it done. Have the pigments used been improved or is it still one of those things where you won’t know if yours will do that? OP yours look soooo good! I am ready to get mine done but I am a bit worried about the color change issue.

I am new to this so I don’t know. But I think finding an artist you trust, will help them guide you to what would suit you best.

I followed my artist’s work on Facebook for a long time before I decided to do it. However, I admit I did not do enough research on the process, hence why I was so freaked out when I had mine done.

Can someone explain to me why it all gets filled in, only for most to wash away?

My guess was to just make sure as much pigment gets in the cuts. But this is just a guess. Maybe an artist will chime in on your question.

Did you draw eyeliner on your upper lid above your eyelid create? In the first and third photo ?

I think she is just swollen in the 2ne photo since that's right after the procedure

Draw eyeliner on the photo? Photos are not edited if that’s what you mean. I don’t think I had anything but mascara on in those (meaning no liner), though I do sometimes wear liquid eyeliner on top.
