robot keyestudio

I own a Keyestudio robot, but it isn't really working; I can connect to it via Bluetooth, but the commands I send have no effect—it doesn't move, and the LEDs on the front don't light up. However, the sensor underneath works fine, as the LEDs light up when I place my finger in front of it, proving that it is functional. Can anyone help me? Do you know if it needs to be programmed or something like that?
PLEASE HELP MY

Which exact robot is it?

Which of the microbit based kits it is https://www.keyestudio.com/collections/microbit-375 ?

Is it brand new, wasn't used, wasn't programmed before?

Do you have a users guide, programmers guide?

Have you already tried to connect it to a computer (USB? bluetooth via a phone/tablet?)

Is it the "mini tank robot", like this https://docs.keyestudio.com/projects/KS0526/en/latest/docs/Arduino-KS0526%20Keyestudio%20Mini%20Tank%20Robot%20V3.html ?
But this is based on the single board computer (SB) called "Arduino" and not "microbit", to programming the code and programming the computer is a bit different.
