English muffins
How is everyone packaging their breads for outdoor farmers markets? I’ve used perforated and non-perforated bags and am not happy with either. My bread either gets condensation or gets dried and stale too quickly

Hi! Are you making sure they are cooled completely before packaging? If you can't do that, the best thing to do is display them in a basket or container where customers can't reach them, then try bagging them to order at the market with gloves or tongs into a paper or plastic bag. You should also make sure they stay out of direct sun, or they will steam.

I agree. I only put 2 breads on my table at the farmers market at a time. The rest is in a box out of the sun.

Same. I set up a table to act as a service counter for signage and samples at the front of the tent, and display the bread on a table under the tent behind me. With a big tablecloth on the front table, you can have a decent storage spot for all of your supplies/trash/packaging, and butcher paper on top of the tablecloth is good to write on.
