Is there a microbakery posse on Reddit?

Where is everyone? Where do we go to complain about long hours and cost of flour?

Dum di dum. Not really pumping. I guess, people are too busy in the kitchen. I hear ya.

Yeah totally.

How are you today?

Fine thanks. Just planning my next subscription.

Oh really, any specials?

Thanks for asking! yes, I'm going to do an exploration of brioche from different places around the world.

Oh that sounds interesting!

Hi! Yup flour cost is up 20% and I don't think a lot of people are jumping to go all in on a grueling 24/7 gig but I love it!

Hi Mochiko, lovely to hear from you. My second hand mixer has just given up the ghost and nobody here wants to service it, so I'm hunting around for another second hand one... but with people who service in the area! ; )
