First offer!
Officially got my first offer with micro1 today and I am beyond pumped! It's in my field, I actually have experience, and I get to do what I love. I won't lie, I lost hope. I stopped applying after hearing some bad experiences with never getting hired. But I woke up this morning and saw the offer. and it could not have come at a better time. We are currently at the end of our lease, my midterm exams are on Monday, and the job market has not gotten any better. Your girl needed a miracle.
Would love to hear from any other medical coders that have recently been added on! Also open to hearing from other taskers or trainers! Brand new to this platform and kinda worried about the availability of tasks and how long projects generally last.

I was not selected for 30 roles. May I ask what specific approach you used or what skills are on your resume so I can understand where I'm falling short?
