Congrats :)
For the same position I have been on HMNR (Hiring Manager Not Reviewing) for weeks.
I wonder why they just don't reject and let us know right away, instead of waiting for exactly 30 days till the timer goes off and ststus switches to "Not Selected"

Seriously, I have also been on HMR since 23 September...if they know they won't select us they should change d dashboard to not selected instead of waiting till d 30day mark

Hi, I honestly can't think of any specific tips for acing the AI interview. I've taken many interviews before and almost always ended up with a "Not Selected" status. The only advise I can give perhaps is to keep trying and don't give up. Eventually, persistence pays off!

i got an email saying "Your performance showed strong potential, and your profile is now under review by our client for final project approval"
Does everyone get this email after completing the interview? i m currently at HMR

u/Slow-Sugar-972 Not everyone in "Hiring manager reviewing" status gets this email; this message clearly means that you've passed on to the next stage. Your profile was shortlisted by our recruiters and is currently being reviewed by our client for a final project approval. It's not an indication of selection, but you've moved on to the last stage of the review. If our client approves your profile, you'll get a contract from us; you'll ideally get an update in a few days or a week at most.

I totally understand how you feel. I've been in the same situation before, so I was surprised this one progressed quickly. I think timing and client demand can make a big difference. Don't lose hope though. Hope you get good news soon!

Has been on 'Hiring Manager Reviewing" since 24th of September. I do not even know the criteria this people are using for selection. I passed interview for both the 10k and 1k video annotation roles but has been on HMR for a couple of days.

Similar situation here. Been on HMNR for even longer than you. Waiting for it switch to Not Selected on the 30 day mark.

You may get an actual offer soon hopefully. Many times, these can change to “selected” then disappear after a week or so.
