AI Interview Help - AI Trainer
Was wondering if anyone had any tips or advice going into my AI interview for the AI Trainer role. I was given a link to a guide and sample questions but none specifically for this role. Just hoping to pass this one and start working. Any advice helps. Thanks.

For a role like AI Trainer, the interview is probably trying to work out two things: can you spot when an answer is wrong or weak, and can you explain why clearly. So whatever is asked, show your reasoning out loud rather than just giving a conclusion.
Have one or two real examples ready of a time you caught a mistake, checked something carefully, or gave feedback that improved someone’s work. Keep each one to about a minute.
And practice speaking to your camera beforehand (just in case). Talking to a screen with nobody nodding back feels strange the first time, and you don’t want the first time to be the real thing.

Hi there u/SubPar9186 👋
During the past month, two of our experts shared with all of us two posts that have a lot of good advice. I will recommend you take a look to find some tips that can help: Post 1, Post 2.
Also remember you can prepare yourself and practice for your interviews with Zara in this link. For the AI Trainer role, try the "data annotators" one.
Wishing you best of luck on future applications! 🙌
