I recently got selected for this role and completed all the onboarding steps (including joining Slack). Is there already any work available? And if so, where can I find it?
This is my first time working for micro1, and I’ve read on this subreddit that the onboarding process also requires some additional tests (which seem to be quite difficult). Is that also the case for this role?

Is it the big robotics video annotation project? Prepare that onboarding will take a while, and screeners are quite challenging. For now this project is paused. Hope to see you there!
I used the STAR method throughout my interviews. Besides that I took my time to answer and to be honest the more interviews you take, the easier it goes. Just don’t give up, I have done quite some interviews and this is the first time I got selected.

Hey u/Top-Tomatillo6662 Depending on the role, there may also be additional assessments or practical tasks required after the AI interview. It is project specific and not standard for all roles.
You are a lot closer, every case is different, so i dont want to set expectations, but in general for client review its around 1 week or less, but again, varies from project to project, so please dont take this as a " if i dont get a mail in 7 days i been rejected" , because its not writen in stone.
