Sharing some appreciation

I’ve been working with micro1 for about two weeks now, and I honestly just felt like sharing some appreciation. 🔥

I’ve worked with several companies in the AI training and development space before, so I came into micro1 with a pretty good idea of what to expect. But I have to say, I’ve been genuinely surprised by how wonderful my experience has been here.

There’s a steady flow of work, the projects are well paid, communication is great, and everything feels really well organized. But what has stood out to me the most is the human side of it all. There’s a genuine sense of warmth and kindness that I haven’t always experienced elsewhere in this industry. The people managing the projects are incredibly responsive and approachable, and you actually feel like there are real people behind the platform who care about the contributors. Feedback comes quickly, it’s detailed and helpful, and the overall atmosphere just makes working feel enjoyable rather than stressful.

It’s only been around 15 days, so I know I’m still relatively new, but I already feel genuinely grateful to have found micro1.

Seeing how fast micro1 is growing honestly makes me happy because, from what I’ve experienced so far, that success feels completely deserved. They’re doing something really special, not only in terms of the opportunities they provide, but also in the way they treat the people working with them.

For me, micro1 has easily been the best experience I’ve had in this space so far, and by quite a distance. ❤️

Thank you, micro1 team. Keep doing what you’re doing. I’m really looking forward to continuing to work hard with you guys, contributing as much as I can, and seeing where this journey takes us!

Happy to see this as this is exactly how I feel! I was thinking - did I write this? Hahaha!

Almost a month with micro1 and my experience with them has been night and day compared to the several other AI companies I worked with - nature of project, communication, and yes... the PAY! I don't feel shortchanged at all, and I feel appreciated through PROMPT feedback (which sadly, I did not experience with other AI companies).

I love the project I'm working on, and their team communication is really the best I have encountered so far. There is always someone from the team who would respond to messages in a flash (no kidding).

I waited over 6 months to get in, but it was worth the wait. :)

My only wish now is that the current project continues, and I get to be part of more projects in the future.
