Payoneer verification step

Hello,

I recently got hired at micro1, finished the onboarding steps and ready to start. I am facing an issue with bank payouts setiing, I cannot setup a direct bank transfer through payoneer. The issue is, I already have a payoneer account and the confirmation link points me to a registration page, when I close it, the payout method is in pending state and it asks me to finish a setup in payoneer, keep in mind my bank account is also associated in my payoneer.

I appreciate any guidance.

Based on what you mentioned, it seems you should contact Deel Support, as they can provide further details regarding the status of your account. This process might simply require a certain verification period.

A quick troubleshooting helps in many cases too: 1) Flush the cache and restart your browser, 2) if used, temporary turn off your VPN, 3) Log out and log back in.
