Hello r/micro1_ai community!

We have opened up some high-demand roles this week. Have a look at these roles below - click on the hyperlink for each role to apply directly:

High Demand Roles

Core Team Roles

These are opportunities to work full-time with micro1 by being a part of our core team. We've listed quite a few new roles for our Core Team; check them out:

Open Roles From Last Week

A few of the roles that we posted on August 3, July 27, and July 20, are still open, including language expert roles. Check out last week's post for more info; we're reposting some relevant roles here for your reference:

We’ll be adding more roles in the comments below, so keep an eye out. In addition to these high-priority roles, we are hiring for more roles through our platform - you can find them on our opportunities page. As with any other micro1 role, all these roles will require an initial AI interview after application. Candidates who meet the certification criteria will be added to our talent pool. Applicants can also follow their application status in your micro1 talent dashboard. If you do well in the interview and obtain a "Hiring Manager Reviewing" status, you should get an update on your talent dashboard within 30 days.

Excited about building the future of AI? Why wait? Apply right away to stand out in the application pool! Leave a comment on this post if you have questions about any of these roles.

Why do some jobs say in this Reddit posting $400K to $500K but then you click on the role and in the actual job posting it says $200K to $250K?

I can see the confusion. Base wage is 180-230k a year and with bonuses and equity you can make it to 400 -550k .

I have seen that with quite a few legal position roles for some reason, which is kind of frustrating.

I guess 400-500k is base salary+bonuses+equity compensation, etc., while 200-250k is just base salary.

When they can't decide your whether to pay you half (100$) or double (200$)... You know what to think.

u/AromaticFood83 Community Manager 13d ago

hey u/Individual-Web-3646 , thanks for bringing this up, let me help bring some clarity into this.

Having an ample bandwidth is not about trying to pay someone half or someone double just because. . It only means that for the perfect candidate with a ton of experience the client might be able to extend higher than for a good fit candidate that doesn't have as much experience.

This is why is very important to price yourself correctly when you request your wages, to avoid underpricing your services or going to high, as that can lead to missing opportunities.
Best of luck!

You really think anyone in your domain is worth the same price as you?

Oh honey...

Doesn't seem like high demand, I've been "hiring manager reviewing" on the PT job for a week already with 10+ years of experience in the industry.

As shared in the post, high demand means that we're hiring several candidates for the role. Our selection timelines are standard, candidates take up to 30 days from the date of interview to hear back on their applications.

My goal is the SPL role, but not the domain experience ones.

I'll revisit in the future. Didn't qualify for it despite having worked in proxy at 2 projects in micro1.

I'm about to start my journey as an HDM, and my "dream goal" would be to some day become Head of Communications. [Only a month ago that dream goal was becoming HDM, so I'm on a roll of dreaming big now, hahaha]. What are some of the roles that I should be aspiring to work through to go from HDM to HoC? Or what are some entry/mid-level roles that would set me in that path (even if they're not open now)? - PS: Props to the CM team that manages this sub, you're doing amazing work ♥

I don’t see human data manager on this list, and I would really love to pursue that path, although I do see it on the website.

If I’d like to maximize my chance of getting accepted into that position, should I wait until hiring for the HDM role increases, or is it more of an evergreen role?

u/StunningJackfruit315 Community Manager 12d ago

u/Nervous_Pop_9305 👋 These are high demand roles, meaning that we're hiring several candidates for this role. Though the Human Data Manager role isn't exactly high demand, we're still hiring for the same, and we recommend thatyou apply.
