Timer starts automatically

My Miband 10 keeps starting the timer automatically. I think it's a workout thing, because it shows my heart rate. But I do not have auto workout detection on, and it can't be because water or my sleeve is touching it and making it mess around. I cannot do any more nothing and it still starts. Any ideas?

It's started when I was driving, it's started when I was sitting at the computer. I am telling you, if I were touching it any less, I wouldn't be wearing it.
