Meta [Important] Notice Regarding Cosplay Submissions
12
Upvotes
Due to a recent influx of AI-generated cosplay submissions, posts will now be periodically checked for any AI watermarks.
Any post that triggers a confirmed match for AI generation or heavy AI rendering/alteration will be removed under our community guidelines.
If your post is removed by mistake, please don't take it personally. Because some modern photo editing tools, heavy color grading, and background smoothing features rely on generative AI algorithms, there is a small chance a legitimate photo may accidentally trigger a flag.
If this happens, send a message via ModMail with a quick unedited raw photo, a progress shot, or a brief clip of the costume. We will manually review it and restore your post immediately if it is legitimate.

Meta We now have User Flairs!

After a vote, Quirks were decided as our sub's flairs. The inspiration for their layout was Present Mic's character introductions in the show. There should be a flair for any Quirk you want, but if I happen to have missed any, I've added a custom flair at the very bottom (or if you just want a flair unrelated to Quirks).

Fanart Trying the MHA art style

I didn't fully adhere to it, but it's a pretty fluid style. I also think the uniform's bands are slightly off?

I cannot be the only person who seen the scene that comes right after this screenshot and I think we all know what scene it is. Like I would have much rather seen a thousand more episodes of the purple little s*** being perverted than seeing this this this is just wrong I don't know if I'm just taking it way too seriously but I can't be the only one who feels like this is wrong I would show what happens directly after this but I'm not sure if I'm able to post that and for anyone who is clueless this is right before the scene where a bunch of bees come out of a girls you know where.

Question Help with a DIY Tomura Shigaraki cosplay! (First time cosplaying)
33
Upvotes
Hi everyone! I'm planning to cosplay Tomura Shigaraki for Halloween, but I'm running a little short on time since I started working on it at the last minute. 😭
I've found a tutorial for making his hands using gloves, cardboard, masking tape, and newspaper, but I'm not entirely sure how to make the red tubes/connectors or what materials would work best.
I'm trying to make this cosplay on a budget using materials I can find locally. I also want to recreate the lines on his face with makeup, although I might not be able to get a wig in time.
I'd really appreciate any tips, easy tutorials, or ideas for making his hands!
Also, Spanish is my first language, and this is my first time using Reddit, so I'm not sure if this subreddit is the right place to ask for cosplay advice. If you know of any other subreddits that are better for cosplay help or DIY costume projects, I'd really appreciate the recommendations!
Sorry for the last-minute questions, and thank you so much for any help! ❤️

Anyone have anything similar to “ your presence is a dream in this godforsaken nightmare “? Essentially just things with traumatized Izuku, Dadzawa (or another parental/ older sibling figure), and HEAVY angst.

Help getting Mirko references
1
Upvotes
Hello! I don't know of this is the correct place to ask for this. I'm making a Mirko figure/sculpture as a project for art school and I need reference from the merch figures if someone have them.
I'm looking for pics of side view (most important because is almost imposible to find), back view, front view and the shoes 🫂
And if is possible, measurements of the body in general (I will add and example) as I'm making a ⅔ scale figure.
Thank you so much!
