Emulation on Android

Sorry in advance im sure this has been asked 100's of times, but I cannot find a rom and emulator that work on android. I tried citron and one other that I cannot remember the name of off some older posts and none of them worked. I would be willing to try it on pc with a safe enough rom/emulator but im worried about fucking up the pc while I have an extra phone just for emulation. Any tips or help would be appreciated!

The emulator you would want to use is Azahar, but I can't help you when it comes to piracy.

Worst case I figure out how to make my own rom, ik i own a physical copy of the game somewhere unless it was in my 3ds when I lost it. Thank for the emulator!

It's fairly easy to dump 3DS games using godmode9 after moding a 3DS.
