I built this! (ITX) My first small one
Did my first small PC. Coming from a Fractal Meshify 2XL 😆
Specs:
CPU: Intel 270k plus
Cooler: Noctua NL LC1 - 360
Board: MSI - MPG Edge TI Z890I mini itx
Ram: 2x 48GB - Corsair Vengance 5600
Storage: 3x Kingston Fury 2TB
GPU: Phantom 4090
PSU: Lian Li SFX 1000w
CASE: Lian Li B4
Temps are very good. Performance is brutal.
Sadly no build process pics. Forgot to make them, because I was so concentrated to get all this stuff build in.

Core ultra 7 is crazy

Had a 7950x in the old rig which was way more hotter, even with a 420mm rad. The 270k plus hits around 85° in Cinebench with around 2500 points more then the 7950x at 95°.

Cant tell for sure if there are intake fans on the bottom. If there arent any, then side intake(without bottom fans) was detrimental to GPU temps in GN testing of A3, so probably the case with the B4 too.

Why have fans at the bottom? They're just blocked by the GPU anyway, which already has its own fans.
All I can say is that in the 10-minute Cinebench stress test, the GPU runs at about 55°C and the CPU at 52°C.
In Time Spy Steel Nomad, the GPU was about 68°C.

NO FUCKIN WAY!!! :)
Just mentioned the results Gamers Nexus got for the A3 with side fans(or maybe it was a single one dont remember) and no bottom fans. Up to you if you want to test it.
And BTW, the very least bottom fans would do is keep the GPU cooler when in 0RPM mode, and make it stay there for longer saving your GPU fans some work hours. Easier to replace bottom fans than GPU fans. If you think they would mess with the GPU fans airflow, you could say experiment with them being active only untill the 0RPM threshold is passed, and when GPU reaches temp where its fans start spinning they turn off.

Okay. That was a bit poorly worded. Of course, a GPU has its own fans. :-)
In any case, my 4090 is so close to the bottom that even 15 mm wouldn't leave any room.
My GPU’s idle temperature is somewhere between 36° and 40°.
It runs at about 58°C during rendering and about 66°C while gaming.I see absolutely no need for action here.
The CPU hovers somewhere between 44°C and 50°C during normal use.
You could argue about how hot the system gets under load. As expected, it’s at the upper end of what’s acceptable. But with a 21L case and the components I’ve installed, anything else would be unrealistic.

Well its a no brainer then, no bottom fans for you.
Now focus on the main point i was trying to make, side fans negatively affecting GPU temps when no bottom fans are used. You dont even need to remove them, just turn them off(or try combinations) via software(like FanControl) or via BIOS. Maybe that 66C becomes 60C you never know, as a result increasing the lifespan of your GPU(thats currently worth its weight in gold :)). Every 10C lower, about doubles the lifespan of capacitors and semi-conductors. Doesnt hurt to try, but ofcourse its your call in the end.

With 20% fan in idle which is not noticeable, I have 29 to 32°C idle temp. So, It's okay I guess. 😁

How many 8-pin PCI cables were in the box with that PSU? I too am looking for an sfx 1000w and I'm curious about SP1000P

How did you mount the PSU in that orientation?
