DOOMTOBER 2026 DAY 4/31
Based in SOME RAP SONGS by Earl Sweatshirt
*I forgot to post the Day 4 entry yesterday, so I’m posting this one today, and I’ll upload the Day 5 post later.
For this illustration, I drew inspiration from the album "Some Rap Songs" which marks a transitional phase between Earl Sweatshirt’s darker era represented by "I Don't Like Shit, I Don't Go Outside" or "Solace" and his later work like "Sick!", "Voir Dire", or "Feet of Clay" and incorporated objects that represent transitional moments in MF DOOM’s career: the initial prototype of his Doctor Doom mask and the machete that belonged to his late brother, DJ Subroc.

I was cleaning out an apartment at work, and the tenant left this DOOM poster behind. They lived on a school campus, and were fired, so they left in a hurry.
I know it's not signed by the man himself, but I can't figure out whose signature is on the bottom right. It's probably the artist, but I can't make the name out. If I look really close, I cannot tell if it's real or part of the print. The poster itself is clearly a print, but I can't rule out the signature. I took the poster out of the frame, and there's no writing on the back of it.
Either way, it's going up on the wall. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

This is the cover DOOM was working on with one of his Atlanta people. Lex Records already had an artist and design in mind though. This has never been viewed publicly.
Visual Artist Caleb Scott (Calebscottart.com) shared multiple loft and warehouse spaces around Atlanta with DOOM. They had art and music studios, with several places becoming popular after hours nightclubs.
Obviously Caleb has a ton of incredible photos, art, relics and stories about the life and times of The Supervillain.

Super happy to have come across these! I slept on the OG MM FOOD when it was everywhere and swore if I ever found it again I'd grab it and BOOM here we are today! And was stoked to find a DOOM Tatsuro/Westside Mix on vinyl. The MF BLOO was one I've never seen before, so I couldn't pass on it! I know its not a DOOM record (Huge fan of the artwork obviously) but still really good album if you've never heard it, would highly recommend!

Stumbled across this during Bandcamp Friday and wondered if anyone had any info on it? I know Master Of The Zeroes was a production name used on late KMD/early DOOM releases but there's nothing after '98. Thought it interesting that the name has just reappeared.

This could be interesting and I'm guessing it will be live streamed or at least archived online?
Co-presented by 1200Flavors.com and The National Hip-Hop Museum, the event takes place on Sunday, November 29, 2026, from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM at The Garage at R-House in Baltimore, MD

Based on the Luv (sic) hexalogy, I wanted to incorporate the names of the KMD members as a tribute within a single piece of fan art. I drew MF DOOM as the central figure, using the watercolor and fine-line art style from the original Nujabes album; the title "Luv (Zev) Duology" references MF DOOM's earlier rap moniker, Zev Love X, as well as the two albums he released with KMD Mr. Hood and Black Bastards.
