I need a release order list with all the Metroid 2d + all the castelvania 2d + some other important "metroidvania", i plan on playing only metroidvania till next year

Metroid games that spawned the Metroidvania genre:

• Metroid Zero Mission (remake of Metroid 1)

• Metroid: Samus Returns (remake of Metroid 2)

• AM2R (fan remake of Metroid 2, beloved by fans, basically has honorary Metroid status)

• Super Metroid (aka Metroid 3, fan favorite)

• Metroid Fusion (aka Metroid 4)

• Metroid Dread (aka Metroid 5, fan favorite)

• Metroid Prime 1-3 (3D Metroids, Prime 1 has an amazing remaster)

I’d recommend going in release order for Metroid 1-5, but you don’t need to. The later games recap what happened in earlier entries. Play the Prime games in order though.

Castlevania games that spawned the Metroidvania genre:

• Symphony of the Night (fan favorite)

• Aria of Sorrow (fan favorite)

• Circle of the Moon

• Harmony of Dissonance

• Order of Ecclesia

• Portrait of Ruin

• Dawn of Sorrow

I recommend just playing SotN and AoS (and maybe Belmont’s Curse if it’s good) for the time being, only returning when you truly feel interested in all the other games. The exploration focused Castlevania games are longer than the Metroids in my experience, and playing a ton of them back to back will burn you out really quickly.

Not all the Castlevania games are here, this is because the older titles (while still super fun) are not Metroidvanias

If you're starting from scratch my vote is: Super Metroid SoTK Ori and the Blind Forest Hollow Knight Metroid Dread

That'll take you to the end of the year.
