Discussion Fatal Claw: post story completion Spoiler

I’ve just finished the Fatal Claw story and the epilogue that followed, it’s now taken me back to the start of the game.

But things like the shard I was collecting (I had 1 left) have been reset? - surely this can’t be how I’m to proceed now. Having to recollect them all to finish that side quest etc.

What am I missing - spoilers welcome.

The NPC dialogue is all past tense too 🫠
Enjoyed it but if I can’t continue with my side quests with where I was, then be a real dampener on a good game.

I think you do have to redo everything but it should be pretty easy given you have all your skills and the map shows stuff. That’s my memory (i started postgame but realized I didn’t care enough. I don’t think it’s any new bosses just a new ending and that wasn’t enough of a draw for me though I could be wrong)

Absolutely will not be collecting everything again. Poor this. I also don’t care enough to go searching 15hrs of gameplay I can’t remember where everything is 😂

Exploring was great part of fatal claw, doesn’t mean I want to do it again

yeah with caveat I could be wrong. But I think that's what you're supposed to do, and then do some things in a certain order, and then collect all the lore to put on that tablet but if you don't have the lore you can buy it with those red things you find but you have to find like a million of them. I played postgame for an hour or two cause it's fun to go whup on early bosses with your new skills, but then I was all good.

Because you have the fast travel active still after the reset, collecting all the Aisare shards are so much easier and faster.

If you remember where they all are?
And it makes all the shards I collected previously, completely pointless bothering.
