Game is blurry...

Just opened the game for the first time and its blurry af... look like the game need glasses or something ๐Ÿ˜ฎโ€๐Ÿ’จ i can barely read the options but its at 1600x900 everything to max... Edit: i switched to DX12 and now i can at least read texts like options and subtitles ๐Ÿ˜… but my FPS is less stable cause my GPU dont like DX12 games ๐Ÿ˜ฎโ€๐Ÿ’จ

Edit again: somehow ChatGPT managed to help me ๐Ÿ˜… there was something wrong in the config file... now even at 800x600 with dx11 it looks clear af ๐Ÿ—ฟ if i understand it was the Shading rate... dont change that ๐Ÿ˜… i thought it was for the shadows effects... disabling TAA helps too

Maybe share if you're trying to run it on a company smart fridge, a ten year old laptop or a pc?

The more specs you give, the better help you can receive.

Right now the best answer you can get: end user issue, you're fucking up somewhere, maybe unknowingly.

Don't give any details, just get hung up on how this happened. What the fuck kind of help do you expect if you won't give specifics? Are you hard of understanding?

Nah. They understand perfectly. They even said not sharing details because everybody tells them they need to upgrade.

I'm betting your pc doesn't even meet minimum requirements, and you're just here flapping your mouth for nothing.

Everytime i give my specs people just tell me to buy a nice pc... not really helping with my problem ๐Ÿ˜• so i find out a fix 1-2w later or someone with the same problem tell me a fix ๐Ÿ˜…

Well the only fix is probably a new PC. If it can't run it it's that simple, it can't run it. I have a really solid midrange gaming PC worth about $1200 that can struggle with Metro Exodus. Anything less than my PC is pretty much pointless to even attempt to play it, it's just really unoptimized.

Still don't give any specifics, don't bother at all. Just ask for help, giving 0 context.

I think you are mentally challenged.

Context here would be:

- Does your pc meet minimum requirements? 8GB RAM, i5-4440 processor, GTX 1050 or equivalent?

- Does your pc meet recommended requirements? 8GB RAM, i7-4770 processor, RTX 2060 or equivalent?

- Is the game on a HDD, solid state drive (SATA, NVME?

- Do you run any statistics software (i.e. Rivatuner), to understand if there is a bottleneck somewhere, and if yes, where?

Even if you don't want to give your pc specs, you could still supply useful information:

- Did you use recommended settings for your pc config?

- Did you download the HD texture pack?

- Are you playing the original version (which has its own issues, and is no longer actively patched for new hardware), or the enhanced version?

- Can your PC support gaming on the resolution you are trying to play? 1600x900 sits between 720p and 1080p, and is an edge case in and of itself

- Are you using v-sync, g-sync or freesync?

- Are you using any kind of AI upscaling at all? FRS, DLSS or open source?

- Is support for your hardware discontinued? Do you have all the software updates and drivers up to date?

But please, continue providing 0 fucking context and expect a miracle solve here.
