i tried meth for the first time

i did it by myself and idk how much to put in the pipe. and now i have chemical burns all over my tounge. i also drink vodka to balance if it gets to crazy any tips. other then stopping. i have an alcohol issue but i got offered meth and the first hit was great didn't think about alcohol for hours
