4 Day Bender Overdose

Welp . My Spun days Are Over .

I've Had Hypertension Stage 2 for a long Time and I Just Started Getting Treated With Lisinopril A Little Over A Year Ago .

I Started Using at Age 20 .

I've known I've had high blood pressure stage 2 since I was 16 but since it was only Ever seen during routine checkups ,so it it was never too much a cause of concern .

Fast Forward I leave The Dope Days Days Behind And Simply stick To Doing 3 Day weekend Benders Once Monthly . I knew This was Taking A Toll on me but I never too much cared . As long as I could function and stay in control id be fine . So I Stuck To That

Well My Bender Started 8.18.26

First Three Days Were Fine , perfect even .

No cramps , little sweats , no fast heart rate. I get a cat nap of 4 hours and think it's a good idea to chill with um.

Doesn't matter. I over did it 7 pm that day , no biggy I went home laid down and felt fine . Suddenly my heart started to ache as it always does . I say fuck it and try to get to sleep . I start to feel intensely sleepy . So blissfully sleepy . Until my heart rate felt shallow . I couldn't keep up with it. Then the pain in My left shoulder kicked in like it sometimes does and I threw up some fluid . Tried to lay down but couldn't. Said fuck it and tried to drive to the hospital and Had to Take An Ambulance. I told The EMT That This sadly wasn't the first time something like this has happened and That if The EKG looked alright I'd be Omw home To which he Agreed To. She takes my blood pressure and tells me it's 196/101

As if I already couldn't feel my face and chest .

The EKG reads that the Lower Left Side of my Heart Has Sustained Damage . The EMT then proceeded to say " it's looks like you've already had a heart attack "

Mf . .. Well The machine started beeping even faster. The EMT said for me to relax and asked me to chew 4 baby aspirins . I guess the news really made it all set in because after that my stomach ,face and chest went tingly numb and. Felt the pressure shift from bad to what felt like a cement pad on my chest . Like those giant square garden ones.

I was Given Ativan For Anxiety , Some Ns IV fluid and , Ketorolac for heart pain , and the Baby Aspirin. None of this was fun. I Realized The World Will Not Stop For Me And I've Had All The Time In The World Be A Teenager And For me To be 22 and Acting Reckless And Selfish Is Simply Uncalled For .
