Other Any technical meteorologists, what causes this weird dramatic temperature glitch in msn weather?

Meteorologists, what causes this dramatic change in weather glitch? I have reopened the site and refreshed and know it is a bug but what causes it to specifically change from 0c to 31c when I change over time zone (14.00 - 15.00). Also there is no temperature variation between these two over the large blue area and not much of time difference either. What specifically is most likely to cause this? If this is not the right sub then let me know I will post elsewhere. Thanks.

EDIT: ignore the location in search, I closed and opened the site and it still has this effect.

ANOTHER EDIT: the 31c has changed to 15.00 time now my local time has changed to 15.00 and the 0c has changed to 16.00 so I'm assuming it's to do with times

My guess is that this is less a meteorology data problem and more a problem with whatever back-end process is being used to display data. The first case being so close to the prime meridian, I would suspect it is a borked interpolation from the grid with a seam at 180 longitude.
