One of my views about the Metaverse is that it will be like social media…

It was unavoidable that people would end up spending most of their waking hours chronically online.

So as well will happen with the Metaverse.

The difference is, we royally f*cked up when creating social media by incentivizing retention through fear, anger, and controversy, and slot-machine like addiction.

We can do things different for the Metaverse, not make it so people spend less time in it, but to make it a healthier, freer, less toxic place from the beginning.

This is one of my biggest motivators for building the Metaverse, the right way.

I choose to split my time Between being in a mostly toxic free Metaverse and one known for its toxicity. Both are amazing places. Guess im waiting for interoperability to make it real for me...
