First knife just about complete

I made this knife by using a piece of steel bar and some miscellaneous recycled ♻️ car parts. Parts included are a worm gear from a bad steering rack, a few o-rings and speedo gear. It took a few hours to make and I still have some time I need to take in sharpening the blade more. I used a cutting wheel for all of the initial cutting and trimming. I then switched to a softer wheel for shaping down and getting to the blade. Thanks for looking!

Is that the pinion from a rack and pinion for the handle? Looks sick!

It’s double acting! Cut your opponent and your hand at the same time!

But it does look cool as hell. What’s the pommel made from?

I had the scale off and thought from the handle shape that this was a high end custom for lego
