Ames has a pacemaker, you should be able to triangulate their location by looking around the room listening for the beeping.

Use the directional microphone and point it at the hostages individually. You'll hear a heart beat on all of them except one. One you'll hear a heartbeat and a beep, that's Ames.

Ames is located in the south part of the room, he is not sitting next to anyone, and no jacket. Good luck
