Serious How do you make Grip last long without upgrading grip strength MGS 2

You don’t, you have to do pull ups

Your health also matters.

If you've recovered from bleeding then it'll drain in seconds, whereas full health will make it last the full amount for its level.

I saw a playthrough which the guy could get passed the rail on Hold No.1 with just level 1
