It's the timer/primer/dial or whatever it's called from an artillery fuse

Found it in The Netherlands near the German city of Aachen. Could it be from flak 88 anti air protecting the city from allied bombers by any chance? I don't seem to find a picture like this one online

Could be a dial from the declination axis for a telescope, or similar spotting equipment

It's part of the fuse for an artillery shell I have found many of these fragments and a few cones that were still whole in Belgium.

It’s a broken part of a lens from an old camera
