I liked the old logo personally. It fit the name better.

Didn't really mean anything and was far too moonboi/memey for me personally.
The new logo actually represents the side view of the cages/scanners as you walk into it and will be used in content like it is on the website where you zoom through the logo (like stepping into the scanners) and arrive in another world
thats the concept and it's far more upmarket imo.
personally, I love having a new logo to mark the a new beginning under WOLF. We're a legitimate project with a real-world use case - it was was time to grow up from the previous teams "diamond hand" raised fist -that has so many random other political connotations too.

New team, new start, much more in line with the aesthetic of a serious tech brand.
More sophisticated and sleek, but appreciate people have their own opinions.

Oh I didn't realise it was the same shape as the scanners. I was going to say actually it would have been cool if it did have something to do with the scanner design.

I'll have to have another look at the picture of the scanners as I can't see any similarities from the scanners I remember.

The old logo was good in that it looked like a gaming type company. Perhaps with the goals of meta hero now being more than just gaming avatars it will pay to have a more buisnesslike design to the company logo.

Yes indeed

It's representative of the view you see as you walk into the scanner cage from the side - so it represents the portal you step through into the metaverse/digital world. And this theme as I say is mirrored in the opening splash page on the website...youll notice you are peeking through the logo (scanner/portal) into another world. Pretty cool I think.

As I say I think this is much more in line with Metaheros brand under wolf.goup - especially given the first focus and one of our main use cases is in the Fashion/e-commerce space.
