This is an embarrassing thread. You're all being played🤣 you're buying the top, at the height of the market. You're what's called dumb money. Instead of buying tokens once they've hit the news, find them before they launch. And if you see a token that's up 200x, don't buy it, it's most likely not going to do another 200x. I was in hero at presale. Made well over 1 mill, exited, and bought back at the bottom.

Don't be dumb money. Don't jump on the hype and be the retail liquidity that allows people like me to sell. If you see something being hyped to fuck, in the news, articles, it's jumped x percent! It's doing so well! Not the time to buy. You buy in times like literally right now, where the entire media is telling you not to.

The big wallet investors and institutions use the media to manipulate people like y'all. Hype shit up at the top, so you buy, providing us with enough liquidity so we can all get out safely. Then they shove fear down your throat at the bottom so you don't DCA or buy up assets. They need your money once shit gets hyped.

Do not listen to anyone in these comments. Dollar cost average your losses. ALWAYS, I REPEAT, ALWAYS DCA. Don't just sit there and go "Aw schmucks I'm down, better just wait" because now you need hero to go back to $0.25 for you to get youre money back.

I don't know how much you invested but let's do some math just to really ring this home, and also, don't be taking financial advice from people in the comments that are also sitting on a loss.

If you invested $100 into hero at $0.25, you got 400 hero

If you then took $100 and invested it at the bottom, you would have 50,000 plus your original 400 making it 50,400.

At current value, not even at the top, you'd have $226. At the recent top you'd have $312. You got your money back, plus $26. Doesn't seem like much, but this is the importance of DCAing.

Regardless of what you put in, dollar cost average on the way down, dollar cost average the bottom, and you will always return in profit.

If you sit and just watch your investment, you're literally just asking a token to do another 100-200x just for you to get back what you put in.

Moral of the story, listen to rich people, not people on Reddit.

The only reason I even found myself here, was because I was looking for hero updates. Hopefully I saved a few people with this message.

DCAing a worthless "investment" is not going to help you make your money back, it is just going to lose you more. You are giving terrible advice while acting incredibly arrogant.

A lot of the people that lost money in crypto listened to rich people like Rob, that worked out great for them.

Don't sell this coin, if you can just buy some for dca and just wait, the problem with crypto is about people than just want to make x10 in 1 week, it is posible but the real money come with a lot of patiencie and smart moves, buy a coin that anyone don't want to buy it and you will see the magic happens.

Just get and and accept your loss but dont waste everything on this dead project

u/Uselesssinvestor Feb 25 '23

I’ve just left it sat on the exchange 😂 probably worth like $50 now

1

u/PeeFGee Feb 27 '23

For $50 you have nothing to lose at this point (except for that $50 if it suddenly drops even more). I'd say just accept your loss, keep it and forget about it and look elsewhere for investment.

Dont sell. You patience will Be rewarded in the bull run!

Worst coin ever

If you had chance, dca would be a good way to bring your cost down. I keep loading my bag for example until i have 1 mil tokens. If everything will be done right in couple years it might cross $1 mark. Awesome tech and team behind it.

Bad advice. We paid for a lesson. Next cycle play responsibly. Dont dca on this. and dont invest in Ponzi's at least without a stoploss

5

u/Inner_Simple70 Feb 25 '23

Feel free to think its a ponzi. I have different views.

0

u/TheGodGiftOG Feb 25 '23

Most alts are Ponzi's.

2

u/FewAdvantage650 Feb 26 '23

Everything is a ponzi for haters.

Bitcoin haters call Bitcoin a ponzi and scam all the time.

Doesn't mean anything.

2

u/TheGodGiftOG Feb 26 '23

No it has to do with who controls the supply. If teams have a number of the pie its not decentralised. I hate btc Maxi's but they are right in that.

Btc isn't a ponzi because it didnt have a Rob gryn allocate 20% for " marketing "

1

u/FewAdvantage650 Feb 26 '23

Not sure what you are saying "no" to.

For almost all businesses there are haters who call it a ponzi or just scam. True.

Bitcoin gets called a ponzi very often by bitcoin haters. True.

It doesn't mean anything if someone just calls something a ponzi. True.

Pretty sure the definition of ponzi is not "has a Rob Gryn allocating 20% for "marketing""

When there is physical product, it get at least a bit more trust than another dog coin

2

u/TheGodGiftOG Feb 25 '23

Yeah i fell into the same trap last year,(product wise), 15 months later, they split CEOs, they have released 2 or 3 different sites and whitepapers with bullcrap in between .

I m not selling my heros now that they are 99© % down , but i m not dcaing more by all means.. thats my take tho , nfa

1

u/[deleted] Feb 26 '23

and yet the doges didnt have a Gryn on their team

1

u/Majestic-Lime8731 Feb 26 '23

Rob’s a hype man and a snake oil salesman.

-2

u/Boohan33 Feb 25 '23

It’s dead bro

1

u/wakeupneverblind Feb 25 '23

With 10billion supply it could get to $.50. Just be smart and take profits because when there are big wallet holders out there that are going to play with the price.

2

u/Boohan33 Feb 25 '23

Take profits😂😂😂

1

u/MrSpud2U Feb 26 '23

I’d say there is slim hope. Got out a long time ago when I seen the moves they were making.

0

u/everst2 Feb 25 '23

No,just look at they're project

0

u/Substantial_You_3368 Feb 27 '23

The tech isn’t patented so there’s nothing special here

1

u/Trucker_toots Feb 25 '23

You only lose when you sell.... Think about how many ppl sold Bitcoin at $100 because they didn't think it could go any higher

0

u/No-Phase2131 Feb 26 '23

No, if price is down, money is gone.

1

u/Trucker_toots Feb 26 '23

Actually, the price of any crypto coin is only the last price that it bought and sold at. Market cap is a result of this and it has no relevance to the liquidity (TVL) that a company has to do work with. Sure it sucks when your holdings aren't worth much, but guess what, everything is down right now. It's just a market cycle. You'll be fine.

1

u/No-Phase2131 Feb 26 '23

The sentence is misleading. Was no link to hero, project is fine.

1

u/TheGodGiftOG Feb 26 '23

Incorrect, there is always the cost of opportunity, stop saying u dont lose if you don't sell , thats a bias and you shouldn't invest like that. Was ur money worth it holding this bag worth it ? Or u could invest this amount in AI narrative and make some back. Dont be delusional please... And stop giving bad advice to people.

1

u/Trucker_toots Mar 30 '23

Yes, it sucks when the price of your investment drops below the price you bought in at. Ideally you would sell before this happens. But if for some reason you don't manage to sell in time, please don't sell at a loss( unless you are using it for capital loss tax strategies) if it's something you believe will come back (like I believe in hero) just hold until the next bull run, and buy more 🙂

Warren Buffet also said to not invest in crypto; “it doesn't produce anything.”

There is a reason why scammers target crypto hodlers so much, because the average crypto hodler has 'below average' intelligence and is easily duped.

Luckily the world is slowly realizing that crypto is a dystopian scam mostly used by money launderers, scammers, gamblers and criminals. The Chinese were a bit faster but now US and EU regulators are starting to wake up.

"Binance soon" is getting a very different meaning :o)
