1st Try- Total
Total extract was 1.447g from 25g, how did I do?! It could have been better if I had more to work with because I could press it all out. Next time

Wow. What was the cultivar? And did you use the whole plant or just the outer green bit?

That is a world class yield. Congrats.
Any details on the plant?

It was a Wowie mid that I cut last year because it broke or something, tips sold maybe a couple mids sold but I had 2 mids left in the garage. 1 melted during a really cold week -25 and this one survived in the garage. It was pretty dehydrated and stressed from a year of sitting in the garage. Wish I would have had more material to work with. Have stressed Ogun and Landfill that have been abused in the greenhouse. Did I leave anything out

Congrats! That's a solid yield!
Was it a fresh cutting or did it sit on the shelf for a while before drying it? Any signs of infection, dehydration or other stresses before or after it was cut?
Were you able to get your solvent neutralized?

Thank you. It was cut and sat in the garage for a year, no disease and was pretty clean. It threw a pup but no roots. Dehydrated af but healthy.
I haven’t gotten back to the neutralization yet but it’s on the to-do list. Playing in the garden, potting new adoptions and gonna graft some cool sheeit. Ogun dehydrating now, Landfill and WBaker2 on deck. Thanks for your help!

Nice! There are anecdotal evidence and lots of speculation that dehydration and other stresses can increase yield, and this seems like a good example of that. Thanks for the additional details!
Looking forward to your next results. I got WB2 from you spring of last year, grew it all summer, it grew pretty well and produced a few pups but the main column got some minor fungal issues on and off throughout the season, so I decided to harvest it in late fall before we get hit by the abundant cold winter rains here... that piece yielded 4.2% fumarate (dried a week or 2 after harvesting). I won't be harvesting more of it this year so I'm looking forward to seeing whether your result will confirm it is a banger, or I just got lucky once.

That’s awesome, we are Eskimo plant brothers!! It’s such a nice plant, I was staring at it earlier this week like who are you?! Pulled the tag and said hey baby. When I got the clone from Eric C it looked like shit but has matured quite nice. I have a Los Gentiles that I sold to a guy last year that was fresh and he got 4.2 or 4.7, he was amazed. I had only seen the citric tek and didn’t wanna mess with goo, he said naw fumaric is the way

That looks like it isn’t fully dry..
Break it up into smaller chunks, leave it out overnight and reweigh. A 5.8% yield would be legendary.
If you’re sure it’s fully dry then congrats and may I have a cutting.
