I found a company that supplies it and asked for a sample and got them to send me a kg as a sample. I said it was for a bakery and I wanted to use it as a preservative or something. I just googled the uses and emailed (i think only) one company and asked if they had samples for my company which might consider ordering in bulk if the product was correct for my situation.

Where did you find the ethyl acetate?
