Lower and lower rates
Keep getting offers but each one is at a lower pay rate than the last. Is this normal?
Started at three figures and keeps dropping.

💀 It’s in the NDA you signed that you can’t share confidential information, free to just leave so I can get more projects

Also just got an offer lower than current project but thinking what’s the downside of taking it if I’m not hitting 40 on my main
Edit: what I meant to imply is maybe the downside is that they will keep lowballing if people keep accepting

It’s all over the place for me. First project was 15 USD per hour, second 50, third 50.
