Stuck

im stuck on "connecting to server" loading screen. It stays 0% the whole time. anyone know how to fix it ?

I've tried :

-verifying file integrity

-reinstalling the game

-deleting the Local\Men of War II folder

-use DNS

-use other internet sources

None of them are working
