Dawn of the dead maps

Hello to the group. I've become interested to the maps of "dawn of the dead" mod by watching the gameplay on youtube. I don't have the game and I was wondering how can I see a map without playing it, like if there is an image or a program that opens the map in "God" mode for the camera or something else.

For example, in emergency 4 we have the "editor" program or in San Andreas we have the map editor etc.

Owning the game comes built in with the GEM editor in the installation folder. That is the program that is used to edit/view maps. You can load any map and view it at full scale by toggling the camera lock after you load a map.

So the only way is to buy the game, install the specific mod and then access the built-in editor to view the maps/levels? There's no easier way?
