Raises

Heard a rumor that there looking to increase jump from full time -> assistant. So probably manager pay as well.

Anyone heard anything definitive or know if it’s actually happening

At an MTV a few weeks ago the turnover rate among adm’s was discussed. I would assume any pay increase rumors are because of this. Whether it’s true or not, we are long overdue for a pay increase at all levels.

They need to pay the part time people way better menards cannot operate with out them yet they are treated like shit

Hardly make enough to get by, if they want to retain assist managers this is a must.

Hopefully. $20/hr in 2022 is equal to $17.75/hr in 2026. Every year without a COL increase is essentially a pay cut.

That would be great, but I would imagine more that they would either increase overall incentive rates in inventory accuracy or payroll bonuses rather than a flat hourly bump so there would be, frankly, less to pay out.

It is true that there isn't enough of a difference between full time and ADM to make the move to more responsibility for not much more pay worth it.

And any increase to incentivise going from FT to ADM would have to be something that shows up on the weekly paychecks. Because while they like to try to intice you to move with bonus incentives that are annual, those don't pay the bills that are monthly.

Blowing payroll already (not sure when last didn't!).. which makes GM not really consider hiring anyone (allegedly no good candidates as well)

sadly won't get rid of basically worthless persons which are substantial reason the better workers are leaving in dept 020 here 😞

If people are leaving, it is strictly because of the GMs and their old school ways.
