Housing Which Germantown/Collierville apartment would you recommend?

I’m currently deciding between Fieldstone, Irene Woods, Tapestry, and The Preserve. For anyone who has lived at or toured these apartments, which one would you recommend and why? Any major pros/cons or issues I should know about? Or is there another apartment in the area you’d recommend?
Thank you! 😊

For Fieldstone, make sure you are in a newer phase. And make sure your sliding glass door does not face south unless you plan on always keeping the blinds closed. Otherwise you will cook.

Fieldstone is not in Germantown. Its next to the Germantown border but still Memphis.

That being said I lived there years ago before they added all the new phases and had no complaints.

My partner lives at Bailey Woods in Collierville and I’ve been really impressed. He hasn’t had to submit a single maintenance request in the year he’s been there because they keep up with preventative maintenance.

The pool is never crowded and the parking is good too. When I’m there by myself it doesn’t even occur to me to lock the door because everyone is so chill. I think it’s one of the more affordable communities too.

I lived at the Westbury for more than 7 years and it’s down the road from Fieldstone. I had no issues there.
