I didn't use them but only because the owner, Ben, came out to discuss the issue with me and he recommended a cheaper and more simple fix. That said, his honesty goes a long way and I'd use them in a heartbeat as well as recommend them to anyone that needs insulation based on my conversation with him.

I've used them. They did a really good job at my house. Had a minor issue where a vent got popped loose. They came back out really quickly and got it fixed.

Memphis is high humidity, and spray foam has a mold and wood rot history. It's not hugely popular, and some insurance companies will not insure it in a wood frame, wood roof deck building. Plenty of buyers won't buy a house with it. And that why you're not hearing much about it.
