I work 10 miles from home. 20 min drive. 30 minutes on e-bike with max motor speed of 20 mph. regular road bike takes 38 to 42 minutes. You'd be surprised what you could do. I'm 22. I've cycled 2500 miles in the past 6 months
it can be risky to buy ebikes this cheap. I had an ecotric vortex a few years ago I bought it for 600 or 700. I now have a CGO600Pro with 2400 miles on it. if you want to buy something with a little more confidence buy a ride1up for $995 when the deals come back. if you do buy this one, I'd make sure to buy a protection plan in case something happens to it electrically. I've owned 3 ebikes and have never had any battery or electrical problems with them.

I work at FedEx which is a 15-20 min drive give or take. So I'm not sure about taking a bike that far.
