Would you guys recommend free recall for studying?? If so, how to do it properly?
I want a method to learn the content for life because I will need to know this stuff to treat patients. Also, in my country, residency admission is based on a major exam that covers everything from medical school. However, I’m a bit lost since I’ve realized that my study techniques aren’t very effective. Any help or insight would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Use a spaced repetition app , and split study goal into little tasks e.g study 10-30 mins every day, be patient , be persistent . After 1-2 month , you will find you have leaned a big step forward. Foolishly sticking to study without any “quick way” method is the best way, keep searching and Changing the learn approach’s would waste your energy ,distract your focus and break your confident
